Application Module:
This module manages the task of Application Issued and Application Received. It also records the application serial number given on which day. User can also see the application received and issued report date wise.
Student Module:
All the student details will be recorded here at the time of admission, including all the personal and previous educational qualifications. Student details can be updated and edited as when required by using student details search option. All possible reports of student details can be derived from setting report conditions.
Staff Module:
Staff details will be saved at the time of staff joining the college. All the information of staff including personal and previous educational details also can be saved. Staff details can also be edited or updated as when required.
Library Module:
This module manages the Books, Racks, Book Issue, Book Return, Book wise report, student wise report, Books pending return. User can able to track the book status and student status with their respective login.
Lab Module:
With Lab module, user can monitor and track the Items available in Lab. Items issued to students for lab experiments. Items damaged or not returned after experiments. In case of damages, Lab administrator can charge for damages. Item wise, student wise, date wise Lab activity reports can also be generated.
Exams & Marks Modules:
One of the major of CMS is Exams and Marks module. This module keeps track of all exams and test, starting from unit test to final exam. With the help of exams master, user can assign exams to classes. Marks obtained by students can be assigned to their respective logins. With student login, every student can login and see their marks and also exam schedule.
Time Table Module:
With Time Table module, classes can be assigned to teachers with minimal effort of planning. CMS will time table module will alert you if you try to add any teacher who is not for the particular hour to any other classes. By this way it is much easier to plan classes and teachers can be utilized efficiently.
Attendance Module:
This module covers two major divisions in attendance. Students and Teachers attendance can be entered and reports can be produced. Every staff will be having their own separate logins to see their respective attendance. This will reduce the work load of administration by automating the attendance related questions from staff.
Administration Module;
Life line of CMS software is administration module. With this admin, user can set the user restrictions based on their designation. Like, Head of the department will have access to all the options of that department. But the teacher of the particular department may not have full rights. These restrictions can be defined from administration module.
Fees Module:
All types of fees right from admission to lab to library fees can be defined here. The fees collection can be entered and fees reports will be produced for total fees collected. Likewise, pending fees report can also be produced from the fees module.
Masters Module:
For the easy operational purpose all the repetitive items will be saved under masters and can be selected at the respective locations.
Staff Login Module:
